As more principals request “5 Star Service”, we turn to the brand that coined the term and has rated luxury service since 1958 to understand what a 5-Star experience really is and how we can upscale our service and hospitality delivery. Forbes Travel Guide’s Vice President, Stacey Veden, will also share the company’s recent expansion into luxury residential services.

Delivering Daily Luxury | Breakout Session
We’ll have a wealth of talent and experience in the room, presenting a great opportunity to hear from you all about how you deliver daily luxury to your principals. In this breakout session, we’ll tackle several daily service situations and hear solutions and ideas from your groups. Joanie Veage and Chris Milu , and Stacey Veden will help facilitate the conversation.
Staffing Design for Luxury Service
In order to properly deliver luxury service, an Estate Manager needs to determine what staff is needed and what schedule should be created to make them most effective. Jennifer Laurence, President of Luxury Lifestyle Logistics, will share her process for properly staffing a residence.
