Chef Adrienne is a 17 year veteran of the yachting industry. She has been everything from a deckhand to a chief stewardess throughout her career. Despite her thorough cross-training, Adrienne's focus has always been on her love of cooking.
Adrienne's culinary background hails from Tampa, Florida where she learned her craft at a well seasoned culinary arts program and had externships at several family run health food establishments. She spent her culinary career prior to yachting touring nationally as a personal chef for multiple well known musical entertainers ranging from Kenny Chesney, to The Rolling Stones, to Trans Siberian Orchestra, and many others.
As a culinarian Adrienne is well-versed in several health related dietary issues with a keen awareness of a multitude of special diets including gluten free, vegan, keto, paleo, whole 30, and diabetes requirements. She is fluent in many international cuisines as well. Not afraid of a challenge, it is said that she has a knack for knowing what her clients want before they have the chance to ask for it.
It seems like an almost natural progression that she would land at Blue Oceans teaching all of the amazing skills she acquired traveling the world in the yachting industry. She’s excited to be able to teach her skills to new yacht and estate crew and veterans alike.
