Martin has over 30 years in HR Management including 13 years as a consultant with extensive experience in developing compensation and benefit structures, human resource audits, employee and management training, employee handbooks, job descriptions and classifications, wage and hour regulations, and employee investigations in various industries including health services, hospitality, manufacturing, emergency services and scientific research. He has led various HR teams including currently a team of 15 highly experienced HR consultants.
Martin has a BA from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst and a MBA from Pace University.
He currently holds SPHR, SHRM-SCP and CII certifications and is past president of the Capital Region Human Resources Chapter of SHRM and current Board Member and co-director of the Retirement and HR Committees for Wildwood Programs based in Latham, NY.
