Hannah Loudin is a seasoned professional with a distinguished career in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Residences at The Tampa EDITION.

Hannah's role as the Pre-opening Director of Residences was pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of the project, as she worked closely with the Developer, General Contractor, Project Manager, and other development stakeholders. Her meticulous approach guaranteed strict adherence to project specifications and completion schedules. She also managed the closing process, Owner move-ins, new Owner orientations, and re-sales. Under her guidance, a pre-opening team was hired and trained, while she established local standard operating procedures, training manuals, and systems.

As Director of Residences, Hannah manages all luxury condominium facilities and all departments within the building, ensuring high standards for life safety, loss prevention, unit owner identity, and privacy protection. She leads Operations Teams, which include Concierge, Residential Engineering, Residential Housekeeping, and Loss Prevention, and is instrumental in setting goals and expectations for her direct reports, holding her staff accountable for successful performance.

Before her current role, Hannah Loudin served as the Residences Manager at both The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences and Four Seasons Resort & Residences in Vail. In this capacity, she strategically led residential operations, paying special attention to the protection and enhancement of the luxury condominium facilities. Her areas of responsibility included Concierge, Residential Housekeeping, Residential Engineering, Recreation/Ski Valet, Fitness Center, Spa, Guest Services, Valet, and Business Center.
