As a former Estate Manager and Private Chef with over 12 years of experience in the private service industry, I know first-hand how important it is to match the right candidate with the right household. Skills can be taught, experience can be gained, but if there is not the proper alignment between the private service professional and the employers, then both parties will be unsatisfied.

I established Domestic | Match in April 2012 to address this specific need in the industry. Throughout my career, I worked with multiple staffing agencies across the country. I noticed that few agencies took the time to really get to know their clients or their candidates. I decided to change this trend and focus on establishing the personal relationships to fully understand both sides of the hiring equation – principals and private service professionals – to make the best match possible.
